Connecting with Your Loved One in Our Care

Your support is critical to the recovery and well-being of your loved one in treatment at Mesa Springs. Our patients are cared for by a multi-disciplinary team of our medical staff, therapists, nurses, and patient care assistants. 

The care team requires all visitors to have the Patient ID number and be listed on the patient’s visitation list for both in-person and virtual visitation. 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the following times for in-person check-in procedures.

Adolescent Patient Visitation:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have limited in-person visitation to TWO ADULT VISITORS. We offer tablet visitation via Zoom for all others. A staff member will contact you with the meeting code prior to the virtual visitation.

In-Person Visitation Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday                   4:00pm to 5:00pm

Sunday                                                          3:00pm to 4:00pm

Phone Visitation Times:

Daily (No more than 10 minutes)            5:30pm and 9:00pm

Adult Patient (18+) Visitation:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have limited in-person visitation to ONE ADULT VISITOR. We offer tablet visitation via Zoom for all others. A staff member will contact you with the meeting code prior to the virtual visitation.

Tuesday and Thursday                              4:00pm to 5:00pm
