Start Recovery Today.

View Our COVID-19 Inpatient Safety Protocols Here

It’s easy to become overwhelmed by mental health issues or addiction — or both. Depending on your circumstances and the severity of your symptoms, you may benefit most from inpatient mental health treatment.

Before beginning treatment at our facility, you’ll be given a no-obligation, comprehensive psychiatric and physical evaluation from our team of health professionals. Among other things, we’ll assess your safety and stability. People who are in crisis – those who are at risk of harming themselves or others, or who find it difficult to function in their everyday life – may be recommended for inpatient mental health treatment.

We treat the following for adolescents (12+) and adults:

If you decide that our facility is right for you, you’ll be admitted as quickly as possible so you can start on the path to recovery right away. That path will look different for everyone.

Your Inpatient Mental Health Treatment Plan

Your team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and other specialists work with you to create a personalized care plan that meets your needs. In addition to the group therapy model, you may participate in individual or family therapy as needed, as well as holistic activities like relaxation and mindfulness, yoga, art, and music.

Your treatment plan will change as you build new skills and develop new coping mechanisms. If you also struggle with alcohol or drug addiction, your treatment plan may include a safe, medically assisted detox period that is closely monitored by medical staff.

Specific talk therapies offered include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness and relaxation training. We’ll work with you to find the approaches that you’re most comfortable with.

Inpatient Treatment for Adolescents (12+)

We offer 24-hour medical monitoring for children or teenagers who are emotionally unstable. Inpatient treatment also provides a variety of therapeutic activities, as well as medication management.

In all children’s mental health programs, families play an important role in helping kids develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Children and teens also have opportunities to participate in group therapy centered around topics of interest to them, like LGBTQ, dealing with trauma, and faith-based support.

Your Experience

Just as every treatment plan is unique, you’ll receive unique services throughout your stay. We encourage patients to maintain a routine, but you’ll have free time as well.

A variety of group therapies are offered throughout each day, and you’ll meet with your psychiatrist regularly. Family visitation is available every day but is not mandatory. Some patients also enjoy the camaraderie of peer and community support groups that meet at our facility, like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) or a spiritual group.

Our Facility

We want you to feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. We want you to feel at home.

At our mental health treatment facility, you’ll have a semi-private room with a bathroom. Outdoors, you can enjoy our beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Indoors, take advantage of our large community spaces, as well as activity and recreational areas, including a well-equipped fitness center. You’ll also enjoy three hot meals each day, prepared by chefs onsite and served in our cafeteria. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated.

What’s Next

Your recovery starts with an assessment at our facility, which you can schedule 24/7 by phone or chat. We also take walk-ins at any time.

Based on your assessment, we’ll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. From day one, we also begin planning for your safe and sustainable discharge from inpatient care.

Following inpatient treatment, many of our patients transition to our outpatient services. We may recommend our partial hospitalization program (PHP), which is a full day or evening program that includes therapy, medication management, and health education. We also offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP), which focuses on sustaining change.
